Tiičma Management Services LP (MSLP) is a Ka:’yu:’k’t’h’/Che:k:tles7et’h’ management company with its head office based in Campbell River, BC that aims to provide quality, value added service for all Tiičma Enterprises.  To accomplish this objective, MSLP is poised to create and implement efficient and effective operating systems and controls for the group of businesses. Following a challenging, yet successful year, MSLP will be working with the Tiičma Enterprises management team to establish and implement Annual Operating, Business Plans and Budgets to suit the needs of each LP for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. It is anticipated this will be complete and ready for Board approval by January 2023.

Tiičma Management Services LP provides management, administrative and financial services oversight and support for the group of companies, it’s partnerships and the KCFN Government administration’s various program and service departments. Consisting of a core team with the CEO, Executive Assistant, Communications Coordinator, a Grant Writer, and Administrative Support, the MSLP will initially provide core products and services for the group of businesses in 2023 and then transition its services to the KCFN Gov’t in 2023, once the core team has established the necessary standard operating procedures.
